How do I book B-Share for my event?
You can book our space on Calendly. Payment is accepted via Paypal.
Where is B-Share located?
Our space is located on the second floor of the HHC building at 12 Oswego St. in downtown Baldwinsville, NY. We have ample parking out back.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel 14 days or more for a full refund. If you cancel between 7-13 days, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but you can use your deposit toward another date (if available).
How can I pay?
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. You pay in the Calendly portal via Paypal.
Do I get extra time for set-up and clean up?
Your set-up and clean up are included in your booked time. If you’ve reserved the room from 8-12, your event could reasonably run from 8:30 – 11:30.
Can I bring in outside food?
Yes! We have a kitchenette for your convenience and it includes a mini-fridge, sink, counter space, and microwave. You’re welcome to bring in refreshments or order catering. There are several local restaurants we can recommend.
How many people can the space fit?
The space can fit 25 people comfortably in a number of arrangements. Please include a note in your booking request detailing how many people you expect and how you’d like the room set up.
Is alcohol allowed?
No, unforuntately alcohol is not allowed at any events at B-Share.
Do you have a cleaning service?
We do not have a cleaning service so you’re responsible for taking out all trash, wiping down tables, and resetting the room before you leave. This helps us keep booking costs reasonable for our clients.
